Kay Carlson Plein Air Landscape Colorist 
Kay Carlson, Sausalito California Artist. A colorist who finds her inspiration for brilliant oil paintings on locations in the vineyards, of Napa, the hillsides of Marin, and Tuscany, Italy.
Educated formally at the University of Wisconsin and the San Francisco Art Institute, she works from her long time studio in the Sausalito Marina.
Kay earned an American Impressionist Society Merit Award and is included in many private, corporate, and University collections. Selected collections and galleries include the Bank of America, Intel Corporation, Mende Coporation, Extemporanea de Nicola, Tuscany, and the Charles Campbell Gallery, San Francisco.
