Mari
has served on the Visual Arts Committee of the
Sebastopol Center for the Arts
for three years. She is a member of
The Cultural Arts Council of Sonoma
County
and the
Marin Arts Council.
Her
background includes being an art consultant representing the modern
masters in San Francisco and north bay galleries for many years. She was
a practicing Clinical Hypnotherapist for 7 years helping clients with
goal visualization, dream work and intuitive development.
Mari has
traveled from Hawaii to the Greek Islands concentrating on the northern
hemisphere except for a summer spent at University of Mexico in Mexico
City studying painting and drawing. She travels to France, Italy and
Portugal exploring the museums and art galleries as well as the
landscape and architecture of these areas. Her travels create a global
and intercultural perspective that inspires her art.
